TK CREATIVE – Terms & Conditions (Payment & Billing)

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. All services are billed independently of any real estate transaction outcome.

Payment obligations are not contingent upon escrow, closing, financing, listing status, or transaction completion. Photography, video, drone, and related media services are considered rendered upon delivery of media.

Any delays, cancellations, or failure of a transaction to close do not alter payment terms or relieve the client of payment responsibility.

2. New Clients

New clients are required to submit payment upon receipt of invoice. Delivery of media may be withheld until payment is received.

3. Credit Card Payments & Fees

Credit card payments are accepted for convenience. Any applicable credit card processing or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client and may be added to the invoice total at the time of payment.

4. Client Responsibility

The individual or entity ordering services is responsible for full payment, regardless of third-party reimbursement, brokerage arrangements, or agent-client agreements.

5. Late Payments

Invoices not paid within the stated terms may be subject to late fees and may result in suspension of future services or booking privileges.

6. Billing Disputes

Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of invoice receipt. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the invoice.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with TK CREATIVE, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
